Excerpt from the MRI Result: "The medial and lateral menisci are normal in configuration with intact surfaces and internal signals." "Surrounding soft tissues are unremarkable." "Minimal joint effusion."
Phew! Ibig sabihin hindi miniscus tear! Yehey! I was suspecting it was because of what I read in the internet. Pareho kasi ng symptoms. I was not alone with that suspicion, because may doctor was thinking of the same thing too. Kaya nga nya ko pinag MRI. Ngayon na hindi nga yun ang sakit ko, he wants me to undergo rehabilitation or therapy. He said even if the MRI says its nothing, we have to make the pain go away. Tama naman yung sinabi ni Doc. If I've been feeling this for a long time it has to be something and we have to do something about it.
And then I was off to therapy!
In this therapy clinic was another Doctor! He did some check-up before letting me have the therapy. I feel he suspects the same thing. He was making an introduction about what is MRI when I cut him and showed him the result of the MRI I just had. He said its not miniscus tear but I really need to undergo therapy. Namamaga daw kasi, baka mali daw ang pagtakbo ko. After rehab then he will evaluate whats happening to my knee. Bawal daw muna ang marathon while rehab! Huhuhuhuh! But it is for the best so its all good!
