MONDAY MAYHEM!

What a way to start the quarter, once again “I’m the late Aimee”. I should’ve slept after the 4th episode of Biggest Looser, what made me decide to hit the sack was the sight of the clock; it was already 12:30am.
Another monster Monday has ended… I’m used to minding the update of two manufacturing lines, actually most of the time it’s only Line 10 that I’m really focused in (Tope handles Line 8). Unfortunately today I have to mind three lines! In OEE land, if your able to single handedly accomplish three lines in one day, man there should be a monument standing in salute to your greatness! Honestly, it’s really not that easy… It was really a buzzer beater for the three of us IEs who courageously worked as a squad to finish the update (Thanks Ma’am Aizle and Tolits!). I even thought I’m gonna be stuck there till 9:00PM at the office. Whew!

Unfortunately today I have to mind three lines! In OEE land, if your able to single handedly accomplish three lines in one day, man there should be a monument standing in salute to your greatness! Honestly, it’s really not that easy… It was really a buzzer beater for the three of us IEs who courageously worked as a squad to finish the update (Thanks Ma’am Aizle and Tolits!). I even thought I’m gonna be stuck there till 9:00PM at the office. Whew!
Its good thing I didn’t wear the black top I was planning to wear, every time I wear it incidents of ill luck strikes! Except that I didn’t wear it today so it’s immune to the blame I usually give it. (See how pretty the black top is, too bad I didn’t passed any of the interview I wore it.)
Here is the probable and apparent rationale why it took me (us) forever to finish this week’s update. Listed in order, No.1 is evidently the major contributor for the holdup of our, oh so precious weekly report.
The computer is super sluggish I have to wait 10 seconds before it can accomplish my uncomplicated commands! Grabe talga!!! I can imagine myself turning green, tossing the computer, hitting it incessantly with anything I can get my hands with! I was so exasperated, I think well!
It was my first time to own the update for three lines, and we have new team members.
I was multitasking too much… My mind is divided with OEE and the person whom that I can’t stop talking to (anyway he’s interesting)…
Was 45 minutes late, and was a bit upset of the “joke” I read in YM. Geeez! Am I sending the wrong information about myself?!
It was too hot inside the engineering workgroup.
The thought of my bumbum swelling (not in a good way) from sitting all day in front of a computer is scary and disturbing.
I have new shoes that are killing my feet. Sure it can add up to the mayhem, it hurts while I’m working, even when I’m glued to my office chair.
